5 BEDROOMS and 5.5 BATHROOMS: All of our bedrooms are unique in that they all have amazing lake views and each have an in-room bathroom. On the main level is a principal bedroom with a king size bed, with a double vanity, separate soaker bath tube and separate shower. Also on the main level is the powder bathroom that has direct access to the rear of the house and deck. On the upper level one bedroom features a king-size bed with a double vanity sink with a tub/shower combo. The other upperl level bedroom features 2 queen size beds plus a double vanity sink with a tub/showe combo. In the lower level there is a bunk room with 2 twin over full bunk beds, a single vanity, with a walk in shower. The other bedroom features a king size bed and single vanity tub/shower combo.

3 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Twin over Full Bunk beds (4 beds in total), and 2 Queen Fold down Sofas. 1 Queen Pull out mattress. All Memory Foam Mattress.

Our home is located in the private community of Elk Creek landing in the private side of Lake Anna. As a result, the Elk Creek Landing Property Owners Association respectfully requests that while you are a guest at our home, you and all parties of your group observe the rules and regulations of the community. Only specified guests may be on the property during your stay. Events and parties are not permitted.
Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property or during your stay
Water
Our home is on well water with an installed high end water filtration system that ensures clean water.
Septic
Our home is also on a septic system so we request that only toilet paper is used in the bathrooms and that food is dispensed in appropriate receptacles and not down the sinks.
Safety
Please take precaution around the property especially at the waterfront areas. The beach stone steps can be slippery and other surfaces as well especially when wet. There is a fire extinguisher below the sink on the main floor, below the sink on the lower level, and at the boathouse.
Security
There are cameras throughout the property for security of the property. The cameras on the front of the home around the garage and front door will be on and recording, the cameras on the back of the home will be on but not recording. The camera at the boathouse facing the boat will be on and recording.
